Suatu ketika ada seorang ibu-ibu membeli susu di toko Syaikh Yasin al-Fadani. Kebetulan yang menjaga toko adalah Syaikh Yasin sendiri dan istrinya. Ketika susu sudah diberikan, pembeli itu langsung pergi sembari menunduk, tergopoh-gopoh, tanpa memberikan uangnya.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
“Syaikh, Orang itu belum membayar.” Kata Nyai Aminah hendak menegur.<\/div>\n
Mendengar itu, Syaikh Yasin langsung menyahut sembari meletakkan jari telunjuk di bibirnya, “Jangan keras keras. Anak orang itu belum makan. InsyaAllah nanti akan diganti Allah yang lebih baik.”<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Begitulah kisah yang pernah disampaikan oleh Syaikh Shodiq kepada kami.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Menurut cerita Syaikh Najih Maimoen, bahwa Syaikh Yasin al-Fadani bukanlah orang yang kaya harta, namun sangat dermawan. Kadang untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya sehari-hari ia harus berjualan nasi goreng pada musim haji. Ia tidak pernah malu dalam mencari rezeki yang halal.<\/div>\n
