Banyak ulama Nusantara yang menjadi pengikut tarekat ini, di antara muridnya adalah Syaikh Nawawi al-Bantani, Syaikh Abdul Karim al-Bantani, dan Habib Nuh Singapura.<\/p>\n<p>Karena dianggap sebagai sultanu al-ulama, ratunya para wali, yang memiliki banyak keberkahan, maka manaqibnya sering dibaca oleh ulama Jawa untuk tabarukan dalam acara-acara penting, seperti saat hendak membangun pondok, masjid, rumah, hendak ngunduh mantu, dan lain lain. Mereka mempunyai sebunyai keyakinan bahwa dengan membaca Manaqib Syaikh Abdul Qadir Jailani ini maka akan menjadi perantara hajatnya dikabulkan Allah.<\/p>\n<p>Karena sudah mendarah daging, pembacaan Manaqib Syaikh Abdul Qadir Jaelani tidak hanya saat ada hajatan, namun ada yang dikerjakan setiap sebulan sekali, bahkan ada yang seminggu sekali.
