Sebagai imbalannya, ia melalui Jaka Tingkir memberikan hadiah alas Mentaok (Cikal Bakal Berdirinya Kesultanan Mataam Islam) kepada Ki Ageng Pamenahan yang telah berjasa dalam misi ini. Selain Ki Pemenahan, juga ada Ki Penjawi&#8230;yang mendapatkan hadiah bumi Pati.<\/p>\n<p>Hadiah yang diberikan kepada Ki Ageng Pamenahan masih berupa hutan lebat. Hal ini berbeda dengan Ki Panjawi yang hadiahnya berupa bumi yang sudah ramai dihuni manusia (Pati). Setelah membabat alas Mentaok, Ki Pamenahan mampir di kediaman Ki Ageng Giring. Tak sengaja ia merasa haus, lalu menuju dapur Ki Ageng Giring. Ia menemukan kelapa muda yang segar. Ia langsung meneguk sekali habis..lalu datanglah Ki Ageng Giring yang habis mandi dari sungai. Ia terkejut, air kelapanya sudah habis diminum saudaranya. Ia hanya dapat pasrah kepada Gusti Allah. Sebab, air kelapa tadi mengandung berkah, kekuatan, &#8220;Barang siapa yang meminum air kelapa tadi, maka akan menurunkan raja-raja Jawa.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Berkah air kelapa tersebut, Allah menjadikan keturunan Ki Ageng Pamenahan raja raja Islam di Tanah Jawa. Yogyakarta, semenjak Mataram Islam berdiri sampai sekarang masih berada dalam kekuasaan Raja Islam, Panembahan Senopati-Sultan Hamengkubuwono X.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yogyakarta, 9 Desember
