Doa ini berasal dari Kiai Khalil Kasingan, yang kemudian diijazahkan kepada Kiai Bisri Mustofa (sang menantu). Doa ini mempunyai khasiat untuk menyapih (menyarak) supaya anak yang sudah berumur tidak lagi (berhenti) menyusu. Biasanya sering terjadi di tengah masyarakat, ada seorang anak sudah dewasa namun masih saja ingin menyusu kepada ibunya, sehingga sebagian dari mereka ada yang mengadukan masalah tersebut kepada kiai atau orang dianggap mempunyai kelebihan untuk diminta doa atau solusi.<\/p>\n

Berikut adalah doa dan kaifiyahnya :<\/p>\n

Bismill\u00e2hirrahm\u00e2nirrah\u00eem jarmo ratu sir bayi laliyo duduh susu ilingo sego lan banyu. Adem asrep saking Allah ta\u2019ala, l\u00e2il\u00e2ha illall\u00e2h muhammadurras\u00fblull\u00e2h.<\/em><\/p>\n

Setelah membaca doa di atas, kemudian ditiupkan kepada makanan yang akan dimakan oleh bayi yang akan disapih. Insyaalah dengan kehendak Allah bayi tersebut akan berhenti menyusu.<\/p>\n
