Ma&#8217;ruf Khozin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebelum menjelaskan kitab rajah\/ wifiq, ada baiknya kita mengetahui hukum sihir dalam pandangan ulama Syafi&#8217;iyah. Syaikhul Islam Zakariya Al-Anshari berkata:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\ufeed\u0627\ufedf\ufeb4\ufe8e\ufea3\ufeae \ufed7\ufeaa \ufef3\ufe84\ufe97\ufef2 \ufe91\ufed4\ufecc\ufede \ufe83\ufeed \ufed7\ufeee\ufedd \ufef3\ufe98\ufed0\ufef4\ufeae \ufe91\ufeea \ufea3\ufe8e\ufedd \u0627\ufedf\ufee4\ufeb4\ufea4\ufeee\ufead \ufed3\ufef4\ufee4\ufeae\ufebd\u060c \ufeed\ufef3\ufee4\ufeee\ufe95 \ufee3\ufee8\ufeea\u060c \ufeed\ufed7\ufeaa \ufef3\ufedc\ufeee\ufee5 \ufeab\ufedf\ufeda \ufe91\ufeee\ufebb\ufeee\ufedd \ufeb7\ufef2\u0621 \ufe87\ufedf\ufef0 \ufe91\ufeaa\ufee7\ufeea \ufee3\ufee6 \ufea9\ufea7\ufe8e\ufee5 \ufeed\ufecf\ufef4\ufeae\ufee9\u060c \ufeed\ufed7\ufeaa \ufef3\ufedc\ufeee\ufee5 \ufea9\ufeed\ufee7\ufeea\u060c \ufeed\ufef3\ufea4\ufeae\ufee1 \ufed3\ufecc\ufee0\ufeea \ufe91\ufe8e\ufef9\ufe9f\ufee4\ufe8e\ufec9<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penyihir terkadang melakukan sesuatu atau berupa mantra yang menyebabkan korbannya sakit hingga mati. Terkadang berupa kiriman benda ke tubuh korban baik berupa asap atau yang lain. Hukumnya haram melakukan sihir.&#8221; (Asna Al-Mathalib, 4\/82)<\/p>\n<p>Lalu logiskan seseorang menggunakan kitab rajah yang sedang ingin berupaya sembuh dari penyakit tertentu diklaim belajar sihir yang justru ingin lepas terhindar dari sihir tersebut? Kok ada kitab sihir dikarang oleh para ulama yang mengerti hukum Fikih dan disebarkan tanpa ada keingkaran dari ulama lainnya?<\/p>\n<p>Hukum di dalam Islam ada yang memiliki aspek illat (reason, alasan). Jimat, ruqyah, wifiq dan rajah hukum keharamannya termasuk jenis ini. Yaitu adanya kesyirikan dan membahayakan. Beliau menjawab: &#8220;Ilmu Wifiq tidak dilarang jika digunakan untuk hal-hal yang diperbolehkan. Ada penjelasan bahwa Al-Ghazali memiliki perhatian di bidang ini. Guru kami, Syaikhul Islam Zakariya Al-Anshari menceritakan kepada kami bahwa Al-Ghazali memiliki keahlian dalam masalah ini dan beliau memiliki kitab yang bagus. Sementara bila Wifiq digunakan untuk hal-hal yang haram maka hukumnya haram. Sebab wasilah memiliki hukum yang sama seperti tujuannya. Wallahu A&#8217;lam&#8221; (Fatawa Haditsiyah)<\/p>\n<p>Namun tidak dipungkiri ada ulama yang menuduh Sihir, tapi tidak semua wifiq:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\ufeed\ufecb\ufee0\ufef4\ufeea \ufef3\ufea4\ufee4\ufede \ufe9f\ufecc\ufede \u0627\ufedf\ufed8\ufeae\u0627\ufed3\ufef2 \u0627\ufef7\ufeed\ufed3\ufe8e\ufed5 \ufee3\ufee6 \u0627\ufedf\ufeb4\ufea4\ufeae<\/p>\n<p>Wifiq yang digunakan untuk membahayakan orang lain itulah maksud perkataan Al-Qarafi yang menggolongkan wifiq sebagai sihir (Fatawa Haditsiyah, hal.2)<\/p>\n<p>Apakah Al-Aufaq betul-betul karya Imam Al-Ghazali? Dalam pandangan Syekh Ibnu Hajar di atas tidak dijelaskan secara tegas apa nama kitabnya. Ada sebagian kalangan belum yakin 100%. Sebab dalam beberapa biografi Al-Ghazali tidak dicantumkan nama kitab tersebut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh: KH.
