Alhamdulillah saya punya seorang Sohib yang telah saya anggap &#8220;guru lampah&#8221; dan bersedia membacakan dan mengajarkan kitab Imam Syirazy ini. Sebab santri sekarang harus menguasai bab ini. Selama saya di Komisi Fatwa MUI Jatim, problematika lebih banyak di bab muamalah ini. Soal bab ubudiyah sudah lebih banyak statis.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">Tentu di Bab ini di masa klasik jauh berbeda. Misalnya Imam Syirazi menilai Daif pendapat tentang transaksi yang menggunakan media tulisan. Saya sampaikan kepada santri bahwa penilaian Tarjih dari Imam Syirazy berdasarkan kondisi masa itu. Kedua, tidak sah. Ini pendapatyang benar. Sebab ia mampu berbicara. Ternyata saya tulis di Amplop tersebut sebuah lagi Ani Carrera: &#8220;Tiada pernah kumiliki rasa cinta serta rindu, selain cinta dan rinduku padamu&#8221;.
