Alhamdulillah tiba-tiba sudah masuk pertengahan Ramadan, artinya pengajian di pesantren sudah mulai diliburkan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Terus terang, saya tidak mampu membaca sendirian kitab besar ini. Alhamdulillah saya punya seorang Sohib yang telah saya anggap “guru lampah” dan bersedia membacakan dan mengajarkan kitab Imam Syirazy ini. Saya di juz 1 dan Kiai Kang Lukman<\/span><\/a> juz 2.<\/div>\n
Karena saya ngaji di 2 waktu, sore dan malam, maka waktu sore saya lompatkan ke Bab Muamalah. Sebab santri sekarang harus menguasai bab ini. Selama saya di Komisi Fatwa MUI Jatim, problematika lebih banyak di bab muamalah ini. Soal bab ubudiyah sudah lebih banyak statis.<\/div>\n
\n

Tentu di Bab ini di masa klasik jauh berbeda. Misalnya Imam Syirazi menilai Daif pendapat tentang transaksi yang menggunakan media tulisan. Saya sampaikan kepada santri bahwa penilaian Tarjih dari Imam Syirazy berdasarkan kondisi masa itu. Untuk saat ini hampir semua transaksi melalui tulisan, termasuk di aplikasi dan market place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Jika ada yang menjual dengan tulisan maka ada 2 pendapat dari ulama Syafiiyah, pertama sah, karena darurat. Kedua, tidak sah. Ini pendapatyang benar. Sebab ia mampu berbicara. Jika tidak berbicara maka ia bisa mewakilkan ke orang lain”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
