Beliau ini adalah ibu dari Kiai Dahlan (kakek Kiai Maimoen Zubair) yang gemar dalam melakukan puasa sunnah Senin dan Kamis. Sampai sakit pun, beliau masih melakukan puasa tersebut. <br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Ketika Nyai Sari sedang sakit keras, Kiai Zubair Dahlan (sang cucu), merasa iba dan kasihan dengan kondisi neneknya, sehingga beliaupun terpaksa mengatakan bahwa hari itu bukan hari Senin atau Kamis. Hal ini dilakukan sang cucu supaya Mbah Sari berkenan untuk minum obat dan beristirahat, sehingga kesehatannya akan pulih kembali.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Ketika mengetahui, bahwa Mbah Sari meninggalkan puasa sunnah sebab ulahnya sang cucu, alangkah sedihnya. Ketika hendak meninggal, beliau berwasiat kepada keluarganya agar makamnya tidak usah diberi nisan, supaya tidak dikenal orang dan tidak diziarahi. Makam tersebut sering diinjak-injak orang.
